Connect your email

Connect Alibaba Mail (阿里企業郵箱)

Your mail admin must allow IMAP for your account. If a third-party client security password is required, use it instead of your login password.

Steps

1. Ask your mail admin to give your account POP3/IMAP permission in the admin console.
2. If your web mail settings ask for a third-party client security password (三方客户端安全密码), generate one and use it below.
3. Enter your address and password in Aston Link and press Connect. The servers are filled in for you.
4. Accounts hosted in Hong Kong: choose “Hong Kong servers” as the account type.
