Aston Link — Terms of Service

Aston Link is a service of Aston ERP Solutions ("we"), Toronto, Ontario. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business ("you").

1. The service. Aston Link finds businesses that may need what you sell, researches their public websites, scores them, drafts emails for you to review, and sends the emails you approve from your own mailbox.
2. Who can use it. Businesses located in Ontario, Canada, for now. You must be able to agree to these terms for your business.
3. Your account. You sign in with codes sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox safe. You are responsible for what people you invite do in your workspace.
4. Prepaid credit. You pay in advance. Usage is deducted from your balance at the prices shown on the Billing page. When the balance runs out, finding and sending pause until you top up. Prices exclude HST, which is added when you pay. Unused credit is not refundable, except under a money-back guarantee we may offer and show on the Billing page.
5. Your emails and the law. You are the sender of every email sent from your workspace. You must follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and every other law that applies, and our Acceptable Use Policy. We add an unsubscribe link and your postal address to every email, and we stop emailing people who unsubscribe.
6. Suspension. We may pause or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that causes high bounce, complaint or unsubscribe rates.
7. Data. Company information comes from public sources such as Google Maps and company websites. We keep only what we are allowed to keep. You own the notes, drafts and emails you create.
8. No guarantee of results. We work to find good matches, but we don't promise any number of replies, meetings or sales.
9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. We will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
